By filling the form for a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms of service.

Placing an Order

• Be respectful, please.

• Please be sure of what you want before contacting me or filling out the form.

• If you're ready to order, filling out the form saves time on both our parts. Do this after you have voiced all questions and concerns.

• I will get back to you ASAP, and send you a link in regards to making your payment.

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

Payment

• I accept Paypal only, unless there is an active promotion stating otherwise here.

• Payments are to be made upfront, or after the sketch stage before continuation, and no later.

• Once I have accepted your order, I will send you a link for payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of he discussed payment time, I will consider the commission cancelled.

WIPs

• I offer one (1) WIP during the sketch stage of a commission.

• Please understand that I do not offer WIPs for sketch or mini chibi commissions, due to the price and simple nature of them.

Completion Time

• Typically, I'm able to complete a full commission start to finish within 2 - 3 weeks.

• Due to schooling, externships, job placement, moving, working and life in general, sometimes your commission may take longer to complete.

• I will always notify you if your commission will be taking longer, and you are welcome to track the progress of your commission here.

• Commissions such as chibis and sketches will naturally have a faster turnaround.

Refund Policy

• Full refunds will only be given if I have not yet started on your commission.

• In case you wish to cancel your commission, I will refund you the amount equivalent to the value of the unfinished product. This is valid only during sketch or lineart stages. 

• If I believe the result is not satisfactory or if for any reason I wish to cancel the commission, I will give you a full refund. 

• In case of any issues I might have with the commissioner (such as bad behavior or harassment by their part), I hold the right to cancel the commission and refund only the amount equivalent to the value of the unfinished product.

Do's and Don'ts

• I will draw: Original characters, select fan arts (inquire), couples, nudity, NSFW (additional charge), humans, animals, monsters, etc.

• I am willing to attempt: Mecha, background illustrations, portraits from real life references.

• I will not draw: Select fan arts, underage individuals in adult-themed situations, select fetishes (inquire), and at this time, full body paintings.

• I am not responsible for any issues that may arise from any fan art pieces you have commissioned me for.

If you fail to abide by these terms, I exercise the right to refuse your commission.
